Return Policy for Diamond Jewellery and Loose Gemstones

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items should be returned in their original, unused condition along with all accompanying materials, including tags, labels, invoices, and certifications.
  • Gemstones that are studded in rings, pendants, or any other jewellery items will not be accepted for return.
  • In case of a return, the refund will be processed based on the final amount paid after any discounts, not the original price.
  • Once the returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
  • In case of exchange of jewellery there will be 0% dedution in the value of diamonds. In case of return there will be a 10% deduction in value of diamonds.
  • Deduction in diamond value in case of return will be on the billing amount of diamonds.
  • GST and making will be deducted irrespective of whether the product is returned or exchanged.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition without signs of wear or alterations.
  2. Returns for replacement or refund are subject to inspection and approval by our quality assurance team.
  3. Items showing damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
  4. All supporting documents, including certificates, invoices, and promotional materials, must be included with the returned item.
  5. Refunds will be processed based on the final amount paid, excluding the GST component.

Policy for Customized Jewellery

  • Jewellery designed or customized specifically for you is not eligible for returns, except in cases where defects or damage during transit are identified.

  • Refunds will be processed based on the *final amount paid* after applying any discounts or promotional offers, not the original listed price.
  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed only after the inspection is successfully completed within 7 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within *2 days* of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in their *original, unused condition*.
  • The product must be accompanied by all original materials, including:
  1. Original tags (must remain attached)
  2. Invoice
  3. Diamond/Gemstone certificates (if applicable)
  • Products without the original attached tags will *not* be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
  1. Natural gemstones that are studded in rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, or any other jewellery.
  2. Jewellery that has been customized, resized, engraved, or modified as per the customer’s request.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed based on the *final amount paid* after applying any discounts or promotional offers, not the original listed price.
  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Exchange Policy

  • In case of an exchange, there will be 0% deduction in the value of diamonds.
  • Return Deductions
  1. 10% deduction on the billed value of diamonds.
  2. The deduction on diamond value will be calculated based on the diamond amount mentioned on the invoice.
  3. GST, making charges and coloured stone value are non-refundable and will be deducted in both returns and exchanges.
  • Shipping Charges
  • For returns, the shipping charges for sending the product back to us must be borne by the customer.
